bet77 reserves the right to take all necessary action in response to prohibited activities, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

bet77's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

bet77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in law, regulation, product functionality, or business practice.
